GENERAL FEATURES
CRIZA SH is a powdered product suitable for polishing all types of marble also hard as alpine green, gray carnico, black portoro and all those types of marble in which the impurities present harden the surface. Thanks to the use of substances with a high abrasive power combined with crystallizing chemical substances, natural and synthetic resins sealants you get a perfect chemical-mechanical polishing. This powder is used with mechanical polishing (100-200 rpm) accompanied by abrasive disc. The particle size of the powder (fineness) have been exhaustively researched, formulated and balanced to allow for the fastest and most economical mechanical polishing on marble-sanded; in this way you get a shiny stable over time and perfect. However, we recommend a small preliminary test to evaluate consumption and dosages depending on the type of marble. In addition to the high polishing power CRIZA SH develops a function of “filling” of the micro-cavities on the surface of the treated material.
CONDITIONS OF USE
Thoroughly wash the area to be treated, rinse and let dry. Distribute evenly 30-50 grams of product per square meter of marble. Treat the surface with a floor machine with white abrasive disc, wetting the floor directly from the tank. Working marble for 7-10 minutes every square meter, while maintaining the wet surface. Draw the liquid from the marble and then polish with brush equipped with abrasive disc white dry and clean.
